They may be a good fit if the person you are referring:
Life circumstances
- Is facing barriers to stability
- Is experiencing or has experienced SUD/OUD
- Has child welfare involvement
- Is impacted by domestic or sexual violence
- Has justice involvement or is navigating reentry
- Is experiencing housing, employment, transportation, financial, or other barriers
Commitment & readiness
- Is willing to work with a navigator and develop a plan
- Is willing to participate in services and follow through on goals
- Is committed to working toward long-term stability and independence
Financial assistance note: Financial assistance may be available when it is part of a larger, structured plan to remove a specific barrier.
What we are not
Empower & Link is NOT a bill-paying program.
We don't simply pay expenses without addressing the underlying barriers that created the need.
