Carrie Jones

Carrie Jones is a dedicated wellness professional driven by the core belief that true wellness is physical, mental, and community-centered. A graduate of West Liberty University with a degree in Exercise Science, Carrie’s extensive career spans the full continuum of care and health promotion. Her professional journey includes training athletes, managing work hardening programs in outpatient physical therapy, facilitating exercise groups on locked psychiatric units, and serving as Wellness Coordinator across assisted, independent, and memory care communities. Additionally, she supported military readiness as the Health Promotion Coordinator at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Today, she serves as a Crisis Responder for the Genesis Mobile Crisis Team, covering Region 1 in the Northern Panhandle of West Virginia. An Asset to Empower and Link Carrie’s multifaceted background makes her uniquely equipped to advance the mission of Empower and Link: Empowering Whole-Person Resilience: Decades of hands-on experience across behavioral health, physical wellness, senior care, and military support allow Carrie to look beyond the immediate crisis. She meets individuals and families in their most vulnerable moments with calm, practical, and compassionate support—empowering them to recognize their strength and rebuild emotional and physical stability. Linking to Vital Resources: Having worked extensively across every level of the care spectrum, Carrie understands how to navigate complex systems. She serves as a seamless bridge during crisis situations, linking individuals directly to the exact community networks, follow-up services, and long-term care resources necessary to move forward. By combining deep clinical and community insight with a holistic approach to human well-being, Carrie brings invaluable perspective and grounding expertise to the Empower and Link team.
